Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

This policy applies to the Millets, the Best Food Ambassador Mission operated through www.mbf365.com by Pick Pay Pack as part of the MBF Universe ecosystem. It governs how we handle candidate applications, Self-Assessments, examinations, payments, Ambassador records and related health-consultation data.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Millets, the Best Food Ambassador Mission is operated by Pick Pay Pack (the “Company”), part of the MBF Universe ecosystem. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you visit our website, apply as an Ambassador candidate, use your Candidate Dashboard, complete the Self-Assessment, book and take the examination, make the enrollment payment, participate in onboarding or health consultation, or contact us.

The policy covers every stage of the selection journey and the Ambassador programme that follows: application, assessment, shortlisting, enrollment payment, onboarding, Ambassador activation, post-activation study material, readiness examination slot booking and result, and ongoing programme activities.

2. Information we collect

Candidate application details: full name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, state, district, city or town, profession or occupation, age confirmation, the consents you tick, and any referral or UTM source that brought you to the application page.

Self-Assessment data: your answers to the application Self-Assessment, the score calculated from those answers, and the qualification or shortlisting status that results from it.

Candidate Dashboard and email/OTP authentication data: the one-time email code used to sign in, session information needed to keep you signed in, and the actions you take inside the dashboard such as viewing study material, choosing an examination slot, starting the examination and uploading payment proof.

Examination data: your chosen examination date and time, the slot selection timestamp, examination start and finish times, your answers to each question, your score, pass or fail status, and any system logs needed to confirm fair conduct.

Payment records: enrollment payment status, amount paid, payment invitation and expiry timestamps, payment gateway references or transaction identifiers, and any proof of payment you upload. Card and bank details are handled only by the payment gateway or your bank; we do not store full card numbers.

Ambassador profiles and programme data: your Ambassador ID or reference, profile photo and headline if you choose to add them, monthly transformation check-ins, event and activity entries, mentor review notes, referral tracking data, and any benefits or support entitlements tied to your enrollment.

Health-consultation information: any health report, assessment or consultation note generated through the authorized health-consultation process. This information is treated as sensitive and is accessible only through the authorized health-consultation workflow. It is never displayed publicly and is shared only with the authorized professionals or administrators involved in that specific consultation.

Technical metadata: timestamps, UTM source/campaign/medium, referral source, page views, device and browser information and basic session data collected for security, fraud prevention, analytics and record-keeping.

3. Why we use your information

We use the information above to create and manage your candidate account; to run the Self-Assessment, release study material, schedule your examination slot and score your examination; to decide and record your qualification, shortlisting and selection status; to send you journey-critical emails and messages such as sign-in codes, application confirmation, shortlisting updates, study-material access, examination slot and access notifications, result communication, enrollment payment link and reminders, payment confirmation and onboarding instructions; to verify payments and match them to your registered email address; to issue your Ambassador ID and operate the Ambassador dashboard, transformation check-ins, mentor reviews and benefit sequences; to track referrals and attribute them correctly when you share the mission with others; to show your name, city and state on public Ambassador listings where you have a public profile (never your email address or phone number); and to prevent duplicate applications, impersonation, fraud and abuse.

4. Health information and authorized health-consultation access

Health reports, consultation notes and any other health-related data generated through the mission are accessible only through the authorized health-consultation process. They are not sent by email, not attached to ordinary selection messages, and not made available in the general Candidate Dashboard.

Access is limited to you, the authorized professional conducting the consultation, and a small number of administrators with a clear operational need. We apply additional technical and organizational safeguards to this data, and we do not use it for marketing, advertising or unrelated profiling.

5. Legal basis and consent

We process your information based on the consent you give when applying (the communication consent and assessment terms checkboxes) and as necessary to run the selection, examination, enrollment and Ambassador programme you have asked to join. You may withdraw consent for optional marketing or newsletter messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Messages that carry your selection, examination, payment or Ambassador journey are essential service messages and will continue while your application or enrollment is active.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by our hosting, email delivery and payment-processing providers strictly to operate the website and send journey-critical communications. Health-consultation data is shared only with the authorized professionals and systems involved in that consultation. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Retention and security

We keep application, Self-Assessment, examination, payment and Ambassador records for as long as needed to run the programme and meet legal or accounting obligations. Sign-in codes are short-lived and expire automatically. Study material is served through short-lived personal links to qualified candidates only. Examination answers and scores are retained for result verification and audit. Access is limited to authorized administrators, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to view, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must retain for payments, examination audits and legal purposes. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@mbfuniverse.com or WhatsApp +91 92475 40444.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
