Candidate Consent

By submitting an MBF 365 Ambassador application you confirm that you are 18 years of age or above, that the information you provide is true, and that you consent to your application being assessed for the purpose of this selection.

Your name, mobile number, email address, state, district, city and profession; your self-assessment responses; your health & nutrition examination responses and score; and internal selection notes. We also record the times at which each stage is completed.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about diseases or medical conditions, religion, caste, political affiliation or any other sensitive personal information.

Only for candidate selection, communication about your application, and — if you are finally selected — Ambassador onboarding and mission-year support. Assessment scoring and examination scoring happen on our servers.

Your phone number, email address, self-assessment answers, examination answers and any internal notes are never displayed publicly. If you choose to publish an Ambassador profile after final selection, only the details you allow are shown.

You agree to receive application, selection, study material, examination and mission updates by email and WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to support@mbfuniverse.com.

The self-assessment is a self-declared readiness assessment. It is not a medical test and not a psychological diagnosis. Qualification is decided automatically by your score. Shortlisting opens your ₹9,999 enrollment payment, which is valid for 48 hours and non-refundable once paid; study material and the readiness examination follow activation; enrollment is completed only after payment verification and onboarding. MBF 365 Ambassador is not employment and creates no directorship, ownership, equity or shares.

You may ask us to correct your details, withdraw your application, or delete your candidate record by writing to support@mbfuniverse.com or calling +91 92475 40444. Records required for selection integrity may be retained for the duration of the selection cycle.
